The Skinny Crisps bakery has created a nutritious, satisfying, crispy cracker that combines great taste with gluten free ingredients and one half a net carb per cracker.
Myrna's Skinny Crisps are the perfect snack for those who need to eliminate gluten and carbohydrates from their diet. Because these treats are high in fiber, they have little effect on blood sugar levels as well.
Myrna's Skinny Crisps are baked in our gluten free facility. We use only the highest quality ingredients including: ground almonds, chickpea flour, organic ground golden flax seed, psyllium husks, organic dehydrated cane juice, olive oil and sea salt plus spices and assorted toppings. All of these are combined to produce a tasty cracker, which can be used with dips, cheese, tuna salad and in many cases as a substitute for toast or bread.
Our Skinny Crisps are ideal for those with celiac disease, autism, diabetes and low carb dieters, or just about anyone who enjoys a great cracker which is not only tasty, but healthy and nutritious. The high fiber content provides satisfaction with just a few crackers. To control hunger cravings, just have three or four crackers with some coffee or tea or juice and you may find that your hunger will subside in a few minutes.
Our Skinny Crisps flavors include: Plain, Toasty Onion, White Sesame, Seeded (fennel, black & white sesame), Cinnamon Crisps and Chocolate Chip Brownie Crisp. Please note: only our Brownie Crisps contain soy lecithin, an emulsifier in the chocolate chips and sprinkles.
